She's in a lot of pain she is literally having a part of her be suffocated it must really suck to breathe through your skin

I guess so I mean she luckily has more body to breathe through so I imagine its probably feels like she has a little mukes backed so luckily she could still breathe mostly

The reason Quiet wears that bikini outfit is that she breathes through her skin, using photosynthesis to absorb air, water, and nutrients. She has to do this because her body is infested with parasites."

Oh, I was unfamiliar with the character. I know what you meant now- she needs to have her skin exposed to absorb nutrients and air, and the wedgie is surely covering a lot of skin.

It probably isn't that bad lol. She looks more embarrassed than in pain. Funniest part is that she can't really express her pain since she abstains from talking.
