Personality: Double 13 used to be like every other kid in town; cheerful, bubbly, full of hope. Then her twelve birthday rolled around and she was hit with the sickening realization that she was slowly succumbing to the Adult's Disease. She decided to give 110% to the KND during her final year as a kid. Her team mates began to describe her as "uptight", "moody", and "easily annoyed". As the only girl on her team, Double 13 tries her best to keep the boys in line but many times she would just give up and storm off in a huff. Her teenage "traits" are starting to show, which worries her. Because of her newly found short temper, she's quick to apologize if she's in the wrong and will even try to make it up to her team later.
Relationships:
-Like all kids, Double 13 loves her mother and father (who were Operatives themselves in their own youth). She does not have any siblings, but she has been seen video chatting with her cousin, Numbuh 772 (who is stationed on the Moon Base), on numerous occasions.
-Despite being the oldest member of her Sector, she looks up to Numbuh 6 Shooter and usually goes to him for advice or guidance. She is the only one in Sector T who is allowed to call him Ricky (a nickname he claims to despise).
-Double 13 and Numbuh 283 have a strained relationship due to the former constantly flirting with her. Despite that, they make a great team in combat and Double 13 has even admitted on multiple occasions that she sees 283 as the best pilot of the KND.
-As the newest member of Sector T, Numbuh 667 is constantly trying to prove himself to his team...though his clumsiness usually results in plans going haywire. In addition to the city boy's "tender footing", Double 13 has trouble trusting him because his older brother was a member of the KND, but escaped his Decommissioning. And she knows for a fact that the brothers are still close despite being an Operative and a teenager.
-Like the rest of her team, Double 13 relies on Numbuh 10 Gallon for medical aide. Other than that, the two are usually found playing their favorite video game together in the treehouse; Super Mega Wrestle Brawl 5. When on missions, Double 13 tends to be over protective of 10 Gallon. She claims it's to ensure the team never goes without medical support if he's hurt, but many speculate that she sees 10 Gallon as the little brother she had always wanted.
-Since he's a teenager, Rhys McKnight and Double 13 are always at odds. Ever since he moved to Galveston, he seems to pop up wherever the team goes and tries to foil their missions. Double 13 cannot stand his cocky attitude and his suave style. But what she hates most is how she always seems to end up in the boy's arms some way or another. Rhys has actually saved her life a couple of times and even once took a blow meant for her, but never once did she thank him. Once she turned 12, he kept dropping little hints of her joining the Teenage Ninjas instead of getting Decommissioned.
