Neptune! I had quite a bit of fun drawing her... Her concept and partly design is not all mine just like Uranus, so I feel the need to thank the one involved with creating Neptune, my good friend ! You rock big time! See the hair ribbon? There is actually a bit of a story behind it... In this world, while Neptune was exploring and met Pluto (no, I still do not care that it is no longer considered a planet) all by her self, it was part of her outfit (like a sash or something), she cut it in half and gave the other half to Pluto as a sign of friendship, hence why the two have the same color hair ribbon :3
