This is for a contest by *Slinkers

I'll start by explaining the Bankai. Yes, the sword has a face. His name is Ijime (which, from what my friend says, can be roughly translated to mean "Cruel Treatment"). When awakened into Bankai mode, chains sprout from the hilt and, using the Spirit Power manipulated by the wielder, fly through the air to attempt to catch the enemy in its grip. Once captured, the sword will begin to pull the prey in like a fish to a rod and, once close enough, Ijime will devour the person whole and vanquish them into a randomly chosen dimension. If you're lucky, you'll merely be sent to the Spirit World, the Human World, or even the Hollow World where it is possible to get back to wherever you originally were. If you AREN'T lucky however...

Also, if the sword bites into your flesh, there is a high chance that the demons of other dimensions will now know your scent and that could be rather troublesome.

The girl? Her name is Ichigo Minami (Based off of me, of course.) The chains in the sword represent the unwillingness to let go and the "chains" that bind you down when you fear disappointment (Which I truly HATE to disappoint...). As for the clothes... Ripped clothes for the ripped soul that bears the burden of wielding Ijime.

And now for myself.... THIS TOOK ME SIX HOURS TO DO TRADITIONALLY!!!!!!!! JEEZ! Most of that time was taken up to just simply SKETCH the chains! But I'm very happy with how it turned out... sketched, inked, and colored completely traditionally by yours truly!
