i read a book once that said the difference between drawing a man or a woan was like the difference between car tires and pillows.

thats weird. how can a person compare drawing men and women with tires and pillows?

The textures and edges. pillows have soft curves and little detail, where as a tire has a rough texture and a sturdier shape.
