This is my second villainous OC and Grossology's first villain of color: Fishmomma!

Nemesis: Naomi Walters

Fishmomma is a "reverse-pescatarian": she won't eat fish but will eat anything else. She sees Earth's first true vertebrates as deserving more respect than humanity gives them, but since heroism in her eyes doesn't produce results fast enough, she turned to ecoterrorism. She wanted membership in the ACE, but because of Peptos' antics they weren't willing to hire. Until she implanted her own lateral lines into her sides to make her a more effective fighter, fish-style, that is. Sensing her potential for mayhem, ACE put her on trial to evaluate her skill; she went ahead and overran Clarksburg with (native) freshwater eels. Although she was defeated at the hands of Naomi (an act which would cement the girl as her nemesis), ACE had seen enough to give her membership, granting her a new, more colorful wetsuit as well.
