A homage to the lesser known hero of Minecraft, the humble spider
Sure everyone goes on about creepers and credit to them, they're the games main original creature and a pain in the ass
But my favourite has to be this guy. Although I've played the game forever, I decided to try easy mode for once instead of peaceful. I was watching them jump from the roof of my little make-shift house, hurt themselves and then climb back up and to it again. Clumsy and cute, and they make cool noises. AND they're passive in the daytime, what more could you ask!

So I made my own out of fimo with painted acrylic leg strips, the spindly close legs were a pain in the ass, it's the first thing I've made in a VERY long time.

I'd say the photo doesn't do it justice but it's in macro. So it kind of does. OK it's better IRL, not close up in its face :L
