Here's a brief, or at least kind of brief, summary of my character: Pelagia is a water dog monster that can manipulate water, but she isn't a master at water manipulation, of course. She lives in Snowdin Town but visits Waterfall very often. She is extremely shy to the point that she has a hard time talking to others. She loves water and everything related to and involving water, and she likes snow, mainly because it is just frozen water that collects on the ground. She dislikes blood and gore more than anything else. She always wears winter clothing. Finally, she is possibly related to one or more of the canon dog monsters that can be found in the Underground.
