Fan Tong fights Shang Tsung, and just as it seems hope is lost, Fan Tong transforms into a dragon the size of a Caucasian Shepherd dog. Using his claws, Fan Tong tears Shang Tsung's armor to shreds before blasting him in the chest with a fire ball that sends him flying against a wall and goes unconscious. Kung Lao and Jing barge in and defeat Mileena and Kabal, and Jing kills D'Vorah, Liu Kang is untied and gives Fan Tong a big hug saying how proud he is that his son actually beat Shang Tsung and can actually turn into a dragon. Jing and Kung Lao happily watch as the two have their happy reunion before Raiden shows up to help transport them back to the Jade Palace in Earthrealm
