I asked to make an uncle for his OC, Ziodius. Thus, a step-brother for Cyril. I thought about it, and I decided to make an OC that is not from the Imperium, but from the Reichean Empire instead. So, here you are, Z. Introducing your uncle: General Kappelhoff.His responsibility rests on the production of exotic weaponry and the development of advanced air defense systems. Feared by most other officers in the Reichean Army, Kappelhoff has his position close to Emperor Eisen. Even Shooter sometimes gets freaked out by him.
