My two super-speed based characters; Pepper Jackie and the Human Thunderbolt.

Pepper Jackie
-As the daughter of the Human Thunderbolt, she has inherited his power of super speed. But until she could realize her potential as a super-heroine, she would just be a high school freshmen who grew up on comics and sports. One day, after an accident that caused her to be shocked by electricity, sparking life into her hidden superpower. When she discovered all that she can do, she decided to form her own superhero persona, utilizing her sports equipment to aid her.

Human Thunderbolt
-A man capable of moving so fast that he can build up a static charge so strong, it can deliver quite a shock. He uses a special suit that can support his rapid movements, while storing the electricity that he uses in case he needs it later. His secret identity is Carlos Ross, a garage technician who has recently married the elder sister of Claire Melody. After many years of hard work, and defending his home city, he and his family would move to Fresh Pond City, where he would meet his super-heroine sister-in-law.
