Depends on your playing style, of course. I like using my bat more for spy checking, so I won't use the basher. Don't jump to conclusions

In my opinion, melees are the most appropriate weapons for spy checking (unless you're a pyro). How are you gonna spy check if you're killing yourself while doing so?
