There's Mabinogi, that MMO has age regression as a feature although it is only to the age of ten years old. Β There's also a very rare potion called the Tin Potion that shrinks your character down to about toddler size or so for a short time until you age another year.
I haven't seen any clothing like nappies and such though in the game, sadly.

I have a feeling this would one day make a good story about MMOs, diapers, and gamers in the context of personality. Or maybe something like "Inside Out," that new Pixar movie. Either way it just really makes me think.
