Description
Over the years, as The Green Knight’s exploits continued and his number of foes increased, Richard found himself the guardian of a young ward, Robert ‘Bobby’ Rivers. An orphan like him, Bobby crossed paths with the Green Knight when his idol rescued Bobby and his friends. The youths had been kidnapped from their orphanage by one of The Knight’s enemies. Bobby aided the Green Knight by tying together the criminal's shoelaces as he attempted to flee. After this, Lake took the boy to live with him at the family mansion. Bobby was given a new life, training, and a costume all his own.
