The Jawline is too square; that's a male character trait is a square jaw. you should also lower the nose bridge and thin out the jaw.

Lol, this is comment I got a lot last time - it was my style at the time, I'm still trying to get to grips with pony styles haha. It's a weird jump for me because as a few people well know, I draw manly men most of the time, so making things look feminine was a challenge. Hopefully I'm better now

Looking at your more recent stuff, it does look like you're heading more in the right direction. Still a bit like colts, but much more feminine than this.
You could always take the cop-out approach and claim that it's all Rule 63 of them, though.

But yeah, it's been a bit difficult doing the feminine thing still >_< Especially since I'm drawing manly men again for a college project!
