Mystical Elf is one of the most iconic Monsters of the Yu-Gi-Oh! series. It was used by Yugi Muto during his duel against Ghost Kaiba where it had the secret effect to power-up Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
It was also a very used Monster in the beginning of the game due to her high defenses for a non-Tribute Monster.

Mystical Elf is shown as a caring, compassionate and helping Monster, as shown when she helps Blue-Eyes White Dragon to get stronger and finish Ghost Kaiba off. She is not a fighter, she is more of a healer, as she is depicted on a Trap Card focused on restoring Life Points to its user.
She had quite a role during the first Virtual Arc, where she took the apparence of a genderbended Mokuba Kaiba, the princess of the Virtual World.

Mystical Elf works as a nurse in the Sanctuary. After all, she is most suited, perfect for the job.
She is extremely helpful and very well respected. Sapphee even elected her as her personal assistant.
