I started my manga collection around March/April last year.So I suppose you could say this is where I am a year later. I've come a pretty long way, huh? ^_^
My first ever manga was Fushigi Yugi volume 2. When I bought it I didn't even know it was called "Manga". I just saw it going cheap in a shop and decided to buy.
And my latest manga is Bride of Deimos volume 3. Its not being published anymore so imagine my surprise when I saw it in the sales section of a comic shop yesterday! XD Oh! happy day!
Anyway when I was getting ready to take this photo Lucifer suddenly starting nagging that he wannied to be in it and no matter how many time I said it was a Manga collection photo he wouldnt listen. XD He was naked too! So I quickly threw the dungarees over him and told him to sit down on the bottom shelf. ^^
And THEN! he said he wannied to have his new guitar with him so I had to go get that out the box. *sigh* This doll is very demanding.. -_-

Favourite manga: It's really difficult to chose. But I suppose one of my favourite manga is one of the first I ever bought which was Bride of Deimos volume 1. And I find it ironic that one of the latest manga I bought was also Bride of Deimos. ^^
I know when you see other peoples collections they usually have the whole series of a few different titles so you may be surprised when you see I have so many different series'. so I'll tell you this is how it works. I make a trip to ebay. But all the cheap manga between £2-£3. When it arrives I read it and if I like it then I carry on and collect the rest of the series. And if I don't like it then it's not much of a big loss cause it wasnt that expensive to begin with. Good plan, huh? XD
P.S. I know I made a mistake placing Maison Ikkoku. See if you can spot it. ^^ I only noticed it when I was editing the photo myself. And another thing, theres only 154 manga in this shot but I have another one I ordered from Amazon on the way and another one which Vampire Hunter D but it isnt featured in this shot.
And if your wondering why I have two sets of volumes of Only the Ring finger knows I bought those for my friend but forgot to take them out the shot when I was taking the photograph! XD Sorry, this photo's all messed up.

Actually it's strange you mentioned Rave Master because just a few days ago I gave my volumes away to these 2 foreign boys that are trying to learn english. I thought manga would be useful to them since it had pictures to help them decipher the meanings. ^^

I got volume 1 off ebay for around £2 ($4) and the second one I got from [link] . Rather expensive but it was worth it. ^^
I really hope they lisence the rest of the series. It would be a shame if they didnt.

I'm still waiting for volume 7 of tarot cafe! I got 1-3, read 4-6 online. Just volume 7 left. ^^ Have you read it yet? Is it good? Model is prolly the first series I completed and prolly one of my favourites. ^^ Not that I have many completed series'. Most of mine are just the first volume or plain random ones! XD
I'll post the next manga collection pic when I have 200 so see if we have any more in common then. ^^
Boy Princess is REALLY good! If you cant find it at your bookstore or cant buy it online (try amazon or ebay) then you can download it free at mangatraders.com. Though I'd recommend you buy it cause its just one of those manga you're suppose to have physically in your hands. I've prolly read and reread the series about 6 times now. I just love it so much. Way funny! XD but with a serious plot and well developed characters. ^^

Model's one of my favorite series too! I love Michael. Such a pretty vampire. I do have book seven of Tarot Cafe. It wasn't my favorite book of the series, but I did like it. I love Nebrios and Aaron. ^-^
I definitely want Boy Princess know. I would download it, but whenever I try to download things the computer freezes. If I still cant find it at Borders I'll get at amazon.

Hehe just using the torso to make jewelry while I save up to buy an AoD boy body. I'll be getting an AoD Gu head soon, I think.
I really really want some DoD dolls though. I really like themmmm. >.<

I've been thinking about buying an AOD body and putting a CP Yder or EL or even a DOD Camine. But I still gotta do some research and see if the skin tone match is ok.
But right now I'm just savingsavingsaving. Dollshe is gonna be releasing its gorgeous dogs (Hound, Bernard, Saint)again soon and this time I really REALLY want one. Maybe the Hound or Saint to be Alphonse's brother. ^^

Hehe I think CP matches AOD. I could've sworn I saw that someone had a CP head on the AOD boy body. Yea savingsavingsaving is hard work. Lols.
Hound, Bernard, and Saint are very handsome but the ones I've seen with faceups aren't really to my taste. But then again I haven't seen one really with a faceup I like.

Most of the manga I get pretty cheap from ebay, amazon or from the sale section in the comic shop! (I'm so cheap! XD) And usually its about £2-£4.
As for Lucifer, he's a dollsone so he's not as expensive as most and I had some money saved up from before (which I had already spent on manga surprisingly XD) so I used that to buy him (but I had to save up quite a bit too ^^")
By manga stolen you mean manga you lent out to your friends and stuff? I wanna have a manga library when I'm older but for now I'm only trsuting my manga to my closest friends....and even then I keep bugging them everyday about when they're gonna return it to me! XD
I know! Saiyuki ranks up in my top 5 favourite manga. I love it! ^^ I read up to about volume 5 but then the scanlations got so bad I just gave up

That soooo cool! There arent that many 70cm molds out there but anyway, which are you considering? Actually to be honest I told my parents I wannied one of these dolls so I could improve my drawings of human bodies and stuff but I've never even used Lucifer once for a drawing (only a photograph of him once) Once you buy them you get in the habbit fo playing with them a lot more than the purpose you intended.
As for expenses, I know what you mean. -_- I recently found out how much it would cost a week to live an average everyday life. I was so shocked! 0_0! So I've decided I'll just live with my parents forever XD

Mars is a beautiful doll. I saw him when Buddydoll first released Edwin and I went over to the site to check him out. They're bodies are gorgeous! The legs are so long and pretty, thank god for that! (My 70cm dollshe boy's legs are so ugly! -_-)
Have you seen the new 70cm boys from eluts.com? If you go to the "parts" section you'll see the body. It's a bit to muscly for me (I prefer younger looking bodies^^) but from the pictures you can clearly tell they're very posable. When I ordered Winnie I got a free head for a 70cm boy but I dont have a body to put him on right now. Kinda stuck ^^"
And dont trouble yourself with drawing anything for me. I'm just so happy I made a new friend! ^_^

Actually that guitar isnt meant for Dollfie's. One time I went out with my friends (she has BJD's too!) and she showed me this shop and this guitar was the perfect size for him. Really cheap too. Only £10! XD

0.0 that's one impressive collection, it puts mine to shame. I own over $200 worth of manga (It usually sounds like alot but considering most were $10 and up, it's not much) I read alot of Shonen manga. So I don't really know many of the series you own. I did reconize Gravitation though

We live in an apartment. There's a storage place downstairs where every stores stuff in locked areas. However it's all wood and the locks and the things the locks are mounted to are metal so you can just pry up the metal part out of the wood and get in. They took some boxes, some of which had my manga in it. T______T
I kinda get the story actually...well...till I got towards the end of the third book. Then I go slightly confused...

That's probably why mines taking to long to grow because i usully just buy about 3 books every few weekends ^__^;; I bought a laod of manga of amazon recently and it is alot cheaper! Oh Oh and you can get all the yugioh manga for like... £3 on the amazon market and I found all the millenium world books X3 I wanna buy em!
