Hmmmm. . . this'll take a little explaining.Basically, seeing as Scitch is completely and utterly insane, she hallucinates things. Her most common hallucination is of herself back when she was an Irken Elite. She and everyone else who knows about this hallucination simply refers to it as "HER." Usually, she'll tell Scitch how useless it is to fight the Irken Empire, or how it's always Scitch's fault when something bad happens. Scitch was never as nasty as HER when she was an Irken Elite, but the idea that she was part of the empire haunts her.
I loved drawing this. It's the first thing I've done with my Faber-Castell pens in a long time. I find them so relaxing to work with for some reason.

I actually think pens are better for shading like that. It would have taken longer to get a similar look with a pencil. . . at least for me.

yeah, but overall shading that you dont want just blach is better in pencil

Yeah. You can do degrees of dark and light with pencil.

I like pencil and pen equally. I use pencil when I want to make a drawing as good as possible, and I use pen when I feel like really relaxing.

I'm always trying to do as good as i can, so i always use pencil... besides... I use pencil to write my stories and to draw...

I just can't enjoy using pencils as much, because you have to press down more and use more energy than with pens. I dunno. . . That's just me.

Althpugh eventually, i'g like to use mechanical pencils and pens to outline, then put it on a tablet and color it there... but first i need a tablet, and skills
