Description
The LSWR Royal Saloon was built in 1885 for Queen Victoria as her personal saloon coach. The coach would remain in use on royal trains after her death until 1930 when it was withdrawn and sold eventually becoming a gamekeepers cottage. The coach would be purchased for preservation in the 1980s and would eventually be restored by Stately Trains at the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway in 2017.Sprite by
