yes, it used sai, it doesnt have pen pressure on mine (for some reason it doesnt work) so i kinda had to fix the lines myself but i think this is pretty cute so imma post it. i know im no good at making it transparent i dont understand how people do it so this is the best i got for now C:Related content

you first make sure you dont color or line in the background layer ok
then you crop the image and save it as png and click the second option when the box comes up
and it'll save as png
ur problem so that you draw on the background too and then use gimp to make it transparent,, bc thats what you do in ms paint
