Nice work!, very cool, grat technique.
I think it's very well done, but there are some things i think you should fix... 1st, the highlight on neck, it make it pop up at the same level as face, and it looks weird, as if you have a scarf or something. 2nd and least, maybe some light reflection on glasses could make them more notorious.
