What is art?...I looked at this and was unsure if I could categorize this as art, it wasnt quite clean enough for my liking...and almost put it into 'scraps' instead.Its post modern- A rework of an artwork by Van Gogh "Skull with Cigarette" put into a modern day context as far as new drugs etc.
But it makes a good point, from a conceptual point of view...
I guess I wanted to express my stand against drugs and stuff which I've seen destroy lives and hope...oh yeah...Its freaky...skulls have always been an emotive symbol to me, mix this with a whole host of effects and my face and wala.....

Interesting message, nice colors. The rotting look coupled with the coloring really helps to get across your point. The hair looks kinda funny, but it can fit in its own way, making the skull almost look like it's on fire.
It's a nice piece, though
