once i'm able to submit or basically do anything on this site again, i'll post a winter photo which i have been trying to post for several days now, and it's very similar to the mood in your last photos as well. man, winter pictures can mediate such atmosphere!

When I shot this photo I was in a unusually foul mood - because I was angry at evil persons and because I (despite my principles) had engaged in a fight I couldn't win. So I decided to clear my head with a walk. It was snowing heavily and I took my camera with me. Shot this and several other pix, and after a while it was like my passions froze and all my troubles were covered beneath a thick layer of pure white snow. The world became white and blurry and all that had made me angry seemed unimportant. So I never underestimate the comfort of Nature!

wish it were only troubles with uploading, i can't do anything now, really, except sometimes I'm mysteriously able to respond to comments, but only in some instances. guess i'm lucky it's working with you
anyway, this is exactly what i love about photography - you capture not only what you see but also your memory of how you felt when you took the photo. oh, and nature is the greatest therapy!
