Now having grown to enormous size Mount Lady was amusing herself around the city, where she stepped, the sights and sounds of purple clad feet landing on buildings and infrastructure were exquisite and everything was so soft as everything crumbled underfoot.....and those skyscrapers, they just crumbled at her slightest touch, it was so funny she just had to do it again and again and again.....great collage.........

I would say tied with of The Seven Deadly Sins. Both characters are woefully undersized in their respective shows.

Well, they are small in giantess size terms, however I think that they have the biggest size allowing them to be a main character. Plus it's nice that creators include giantess theme in anime shows 
BTW, did next season of 7 Deadly Sins come out yet? It seems it's still being produced...

Yes, I like Diane indeed too! Plus she has the advantage of appearing a lot more in her show as opposed to Mt Lady, who (for the moment) is relegated to more of a background character. Would be great if she got her own spin-off series, but not likely to happen I'm afraid.
And Diane seems to enjoy picking people up with her hands a lot. Another plus for her!
But both characters are woefully undersized. We takes what we can get.
I don't know about the last part. I read conflicting articles on whether Netflix has started releasing the next season or not. I haven't seen any of it yet.
