Why So Serious?.......Took me a while to get this anywhere near the way I wanted it..
The hardest part had to be The Jokers make up...Had to apply it in two layers...skin tone then white.
Was going to put the Why so serious over it but I thought the picture itself , complete with random background would do ^^

The white is a tad bright - makes his face almost look feminine. The red should be a bit thicker too.
Nice though.
