Ahhh "falling down" as I understood it is basically when a monster is about to die. I got the impression from Alphys' lab notes that monsters who have fallen down are probably unconscious or comatose, and will be turning to dust soon.

-hugs alyphys- i love her so much she reminds me of myself when i was younger i was incredibly shy and spent most of the time reading and watching tv shows i didnt have alot of friends so alyphys became a close favorite Β with undyne being number two i couldnt pick between them i love undyne ecause of how awsome she was in her entry i could never do the genocide i love the charecters too much especially when undyne and alyphys kissed i squealed so hard i love the two X3
