yeah.. i'm just getting into digital art .. (other than film and music) and this stuff you've done makes me feel inspired to do more with digital painting.

that's great! exactly what i always hope to hear. digital art is a lot of fun and can yield some really amazing results, but the learning curve can be a bit rough. at first it may seem overwhelming or like you've got too many choices, etc etc. but just try and stick with it. sorry, i'm going off on a tangent here

Execellent work, it has some air of simplicity that I love, It don't have and exess on the visual part, the way how the man is just living he's normal live, without paying attention to the flames or the smoke gives the name just more sence

thanks very much, man. i know exactly how you feel. sometimes, even if the piece is really well painted and stuff, i get really frustrated by pieces that have just way too much detail and stuff going on. i think a lot of times it can take away from the finish instead of adding to it. anyway, i'm going of an a tangent. thanks a lot for the coment

visually, this is just great. Its simple and to the point, get's the idea right across without excess visual noise. The figure's nonchalance is so perfectly juxtaposed by the flames and billowing smoke. It's hysterical, and yet I know exactly what it feels like to be that guy (metaphorically) on fire and not even aware of it. This is really deep without wasting any breath getting preachy. wonderful work.

I really like this piece. The composition and the texture in it is really attractive to me. The way that you portray a casual man in a horribly dire situation, yet so pensive, is open for a lot of interpretation. You did a wonderful job on this one, congrats!

WOW...i'm usually not one for digital art, but this is fucking amazing!!! i love how you did the flames, and i LOVE the whole idea of it. the guy’s on fire yet, he neither notices or cares, very symbolic. this defiantly goes under my favorites.
