black costume is so badass.double-sellout. yeah, i did some pieces to show marvel. still working on them all, but keep your fingers crossed for me.
also, drawing spiderman is totally fun and i wouldn't mind AT ALL doing more of it.

I highly encourage more Spidey. F the fluffy bunnies of Tobey-spider. Your creepiness factor is definitely going up lately, so kudos for that.
Also, the way you draw spiderwebs is absolutely insane...they look disgusting, and like if you touch them it would be like one of those surprise webs, all filmy, sticky and forever there.
You've made it look like he's disintegrating, not really dead, but stuck to those buildings by that web, and he might just be a hallucination, but might also be something absolutely horrifying if you keep looking. Your Spiderman is an outcast, with no hope, but the city is content for him to be on display, where they KNOW he can't ever destroy anything ever again.
That sense of Spiderman's (because this Spiderman can't really be called Spidey anymore; it's not cute, and he's been forgotten) alienation is reinforced by the fogged-out buildings below, but it also reinforces the idea that he's "out of sight, out of mind," though never really gone.
Yeah, I like your Spiderman. He's depressing.
