NOTE:This was supposed to be a cosplay that ~rosiel planned, but due to circumstances with school and my crazy schedule I was unable to coordinate an actual photoshoot.
...So, I decided to just use this as my Halloween costume. In case you can't tell I'm supposed to be Little Red Riding Hood. I admit, this is a bit too early for a Halloween post, but seeing as I might not be here for the actual holiday, I decided to upload this as a teaser shot! I can't believe I managed to take this picture by myself - with the wooshy motion action to boot. Epic Camwhore skillz - I dunno if I should be proud or disgusted with myself! ...Probably the latter. 
A few things about this photo:
1. LOOK AT MY EYE. MY EYE IS HUGE. WHAT THE HELL. IT IS FREAKY.
2. The cropping of the hood was intentional.
3. I made the hood myself.
4. ISO was set way too high; picture is not as sharp as I would like.
~omniskriba recently asked me if I had a vendetta against bright colors.
It just occured to me that my recent uploads have been dark... I have a few photos of ~xnighthawkex I want to upload, but after that I promise I will upload... something more upbeat and bright.

looks fantastic! I'm doing something similar shortly, I really like the mood of the shot, and your eye is totally gorgeous!
Personally, I think the image is a success. Tones of red set your cheeks off, the expression is serious and slightly in peril, (as someone being chased by a wolf would be. And the costume looks really authentic. I think that it's fantastic.

You really did an amazing job on both your hooded cape and the shot. Obtaining the right timing to get a motion shot like that isnt easy, even with the right camera. You have my admiration and respect, and a little bit of envy.

Epic skillz for the win! I love the hood (blurry bit and all) and I'm amazed that you could capture a motion-y pic so clearly (I'm fairly n00b at the whole photography thing, so I'd say it's pretty clear taking into account that it was self-photography!)
