Before anything else, you are free to disregard my CritcCom, considering it's just my opinion. Well, I can't say that there's something wrong in it. In all honesty, I think it looks beautiful~ What with the colorful splashes around her making it look like a portrait, it's a wonderful idea~

The shading of her hair is really the most beautiful of it all~ But wait, hmmm...I just now noticed the shading of her skin~ There's no shadow under her hair at the shoulder. And the shadowing needs to be a little bit darker until it fades into it's original skin color~ (Soft brush, lower opacity) Yes, it's only the skin shadowing that I'm looking at but the shiny hair and eyes overlooks that~

Overall, it's beautiful~ <3

I like it The only critique I could give is maybe the mouth is not quite right. I'm afraid I can't tell you why because I'm not quite sure. The rest is very nice though! Especially the eyes, nose and hair.
