I actually like this better than the original cover you're doing the homage to, partly because Robin doesn't look like he's kicking Batman in crotch in this one.

Yes, especially one as cartoony as this one. It was fun to draw things so differentiated in the same piece. But, admittedly, I had the most fun with Larry!

I have to say I'm not familiar with the Larry character. What is he from?

He appeared in the Teen Titans cartoon, in an episode called "Fractured". He introduces himself as "Nosyarg Kcid", and since none of them can pronounce that, they call him Larry. He's sort of like Robin's Bat-Mite.

Me neither. Then my daughter introduced me to Hayao Miyazaki and Avatar the Last Airbender.... Totally changed my view. You just have to get past the Naruto, Pokemon and Bleach to get to the good stuff.

I know, the competition is fierce! I love the work being put up. My fav was the muppet Elektra. That was killer. But hopefully I'll get some praise with the next set, WW & Hela. At least it will have some gratuitous girl fight action for you guys out there. Gal has to do what a gal has to do.
