While this drawing looks good actually and the mood is great with that unsettling environment, skies and high waves, I think it would be much better if the character was darker to fit in the mood and the colours of this work.
I'm not even sure if her expression is what one expects from such grim setting, she looks sooo happy and cute but there is a freaking storm behind her at the same time xD.

But you're right, the character is too light compared to the background. I don't think to retouch that now, but I'll think to that for my next works. Thank you very much for your advice ^^
