A little chapter blurb for Xantara AKA Sailor Cybele for

Having finished school Xany found the sky is not the limit, her grades were good, but she is not genius, just REALLY determined. Her parents urged her to take time off to travel, which was a ploy of sorts for her to find a husband and to settle down and be safe. Xana wasn't having any of that she enrolled in college courses to multi-major in business, finance, botany, genetics, and agriculture. This is all to achieve her goal of owning and running a successful greenhouse and farm.

When she is not studying she likes to workout and keep fit, her favorite is weight training, but on nice days she likes to run distances. Trail running, road running it is all good, since she is blind she wears a device that alerts her when she is about to go off the trail. It also plays music and has a handy GPS and wireless communicator. Her shirt was given to her in a secret Santa at her old boarding school, the girl who gave it to her, as a joke, she said it was her favorite color hunter green when in fact it was a bold bright tie dye. She wears it to remind herself that even though people sound nice they can be full of unkindness and ignorance. It is also a reminder not to be so gullible, but when someone gives you a great shirt wear it loud and proud, like her.

Her parents would love nothing more than to keep her inside and safe, but Xany is bound and determined to be her own person. She is tired of people telling her what her limitations should be. She has participated in and finished several marathons. She wants to prove you can do anything once you put your mind to it.
When she isn't working out she is either growing her plants or, trying to find ways to engineer ways to cultivate plants that can survive in harsh conditions without becoming invasive. She knows without plants and the insects that help them spread the world is doomed.
