I do use Cycles, If you go to render settings in the right, go down till you see sampling, and turn it up. This makes the noise disappear, but the more you turn sampling up, the more time it takes to make it disappear.
As for the render, it could had been a lot better, but i was really tired so i made the posing and rendering the fastest i could just to show up what i had so far.

Yeah, sometimes it doesn't clear it up though. I think my Final Corridor had 2000+ samples, and it still ended up being pretty noisy.
