i decided to to a sketchy, limited style for this. i'm not sure if it counts as an animation or an animatic.

the soul's characterization here is mostly based on how i've played deltarune, except i'd probably find some other way to comfort kris about the possession if the game gave me the option. my idealistic side'd like it to be possible for the player/SOUL to be friends with kris if you 100% pacifist run the game, but my realistic side feels like kris is gonna dislike the SOUL no matter what because it's hijacking their life and body. i'm cool with that, though, it's 100% understandable.
