As seen in in the original Fallout games (1 and 2) images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__c… This version of the Mr. Handy is worlds different to the one seen in Fallout 3; which oddly enough is supposed to be an older model. After being turned onto the Fallout Series by my good friends and I was instantly a huge fan and did large amounts of research into it to familiarize myself with the lore and story overall. Then after getting into a Fallout Role Play with another one of my awesome friends my enjoyment of the series and combing through every detail with a fine toothed brush was set to new heights. So after a while I decided since the Mark IIs were a newer model but abundantly common in the first two games, that I would try to do an updated drawing using the original sprite as my starting point and the designs from Fallout 3 and New Vegas as a reference of the older technologies that the sprite would have built off of. I did make a few creative alterations to the design because I do not see why they would not have been brought into the successor model. (Of course since the designs for the Fallout 3 version wasn't created back then it's obvious why but I wanted to try to make them look closer to one another without going too far away from the original sprite)

Twin turbines for flight rather than the seemingly fuel burning thruster on the Fallout 3 version

RADAR on top allowing constant sensor updates in 360 degrees

Large radio antenna allowing for boosting signal ranges of wireless devices and picking up signals

Eye stalk like the Fallout 3 version which is capable of folding up and retracting into the body to prevent damage while still allowing the greatest field of vision.

Easy access maintenance door on the main body for repairs and upgrades

Tow cable with claw strong enough to help with manual labor jobs

More advanced and versatile processors

Internal toolbox installed below the robot's undercarriage to allow for additional utility

Plug on the torso to allow for easy emergency recharging or to allow for conversion into a Fission Generator

Rotating top dome allowing for a constantly adaptable and incredible field of vision
