lol its ok; i actually do frame by frame, so i draw all my frames in paint tool sai, then i put them together in flash. unfortunately i only have flash 8 right now ahaha but it gets the job done

well frame by frame can still do constant movement and dynamic actions; the key to doing it is not to redraw the entire frame, but only draw what changes, such as a moving arm
that, and use motion paths. so many motion paths. ahaha

I once did an animation where I started EVERY SINGLE FRAME by scratch.... but lucky me i chose to do a slide show ish stop motion. Other wise I'd die of old age and never finish it if I chose to do smooth animating XD

This is incredible, I can't believe there hasn't been any comments yet.
The texturing and splintering of the wooden boards is beautifully done and the glow behind the door looks perfectly in place with the environment, Bill himself is amazingly drawn too and I love the fire effect you got going on here.
