I swear, I had no idea how bad dealing with a bloody language barrier would be before I became close friends with a native Japanese individual
.So, I made this little comic in part for my good friend and to use our real-life misunderstandings as inspiration for an awkward comic setting, because as much as I enjoy spending time with her we make each other confused at lest once every time we try communicating
.This comic is basically a fan-fiction of my main OC Angela and her OC Ao being friends of different cultures (American and Japanese). While Angela has a loving relationship with her wife Sina, she still gets embarrassed and shy with other girls, so Ao's broken English and eye-catching curves don't help Angela's awkward nerves . But, is Angela really mistaken in Ao's intent in her wording in the last panel of the comic, or is the misunderstanding itself a misunderstanding ?

If you mean, Kumako herself, then yeah. She had to make a new account last X-mass, but once she came back to dA she hunted me down and added me ASP. I'm glad she did too, I was worried that she disappeared, she and I have been a little closer since then too, or at least it feels that way to me.
