(Faves and recommends, including to Our Disney Adventures) Nice one! I wonder if it'd have been even better from the front (though I don't know if you could have gotten that high and still shot from the front, so I know that might not have been possible without a crane.) How was your visit?

The visit to WDW was good, as usual. Haven't been back since but hope to return next year.
The walkway didn't go far enough to get a front view. Family got a front view from the ground, though, and some may be posted at =AreteStock
I was amazed how close I could stand to such an iconic figure and still get a decent picture

Going to WDW is fascinating. I don't always go on the rides but will sit and watch people while my family goes on rides I am not interested in. It is interesting to see how people are dressed, how they act or react or even interact with other guests and castmembers. And, of course, my favorite part of any trip to Disney is the food!

Definitely fascinating! And that is definitely one of the interesting things - I often find myself talking to characters and watching people's reactions to them more often than I go to attractions.
And I'm glad there are folks who like coming there for the food because my guess is you hear that as much as people who say they come to Las Vegas for concerts...but it is definitely a legit reason! Epcot in particular has more good food offerings than you can shake a stick at, especially when it's the Food and Wine Festival (of which this year's edition starts tomorrow!)
