Background: At first, an arsonist named Gathamar was an average citizen living in a humane life until one day his mind had snapped and caught an addiction to using Napalm as a mean of entertainment to seeing things burn. At one time, Gathamar had burned an entire family's house down; local authorities had caught him and placed him concrete charges against him to be jailed for 25 years. It seemed like Gathamar's life was to end in a prison until meeting Mitchell Harkman, someone he had caught onto to be friendly to after seeing him fight back against some of the inmates. The inmates to Gathamar weren't all respectful to him either, making a good enough connection of a friendship between the two. Times had changed once a program from the UNITED government had come under effect; the prisoners were sent into war rather than soldiers. A dark tactic at best; even with all the convicts being caged by shock collars to obey every command. Gathamar was what he was before, bringing fire to those opposing him alongside Harkman and a few others; one such battle had taken his shock collar to an inactive stat. Allowing him to follow his own will, but at a price. His only friend, Harkman had been commissioned KIA along with every other prisoner that had been under effect by the program when their operation had ended. On his own, Gathamar Black took upon his entertainment and revenge onto a corrupted world that refuses to bring out the operation that ended his team and friend. Days only became stranger, but familiar to his unstable mind when Gathamar had seen Harkman alive and well, once again. The nickname of 'Gathamar Black' has been handed down to different faces and keeps acting as it's own with new reasons and new legacies to be built on a new person. Francis is only one of the few former soldiers building the legacy from the first Gathamar Black, Benjamin. Being a veteran from war, Francis had a partial mental instability from what he had witnessed after being drafted into the Army, but considers his responsibilities as he should.

Combat Analysis:

Strengths:

Has experienced in dealing with tougher individuals.
Destructive in almost every way through fire and heat.
Quick on his feet, hence his need for a shotgun.
Mental instability from what he's witnessed makes mind controls or other attacks on his mind useless.

Weaknesses:

Only human.
Reckless in offensive tactics, not so much in defensive.
Often needs preparation for victory.

Personality Description: After learning under Harkman in the 'Burning Ravens', Francis has honed his need to be a kind Soldier, otherwise immebed into his mind as a normality. However, in cases of enemies and foes; Francis is often unstable and needs to be looked after to avoid crossing the very thin line of his mentality. If anything, Francis has a large care for his group led by Harkman; if ever there was a hint of breaking the team apart, Francis would take matters into his own hands.

Combat Description: Armed to the teeth with Fire based weapons and close-quarters (shotguns for example). Often plays with his opponent in his own mental world; similar to if he was torturing a captive of his own. Francis is only human, however and has taken on supers in capes before under 'The Arsenal's' command. His experience has served him well enough.
