This is a prize drawing for ~Corm-yay for a contest I volunteered to donate a coloured sketch, so here it is!
Character ''Prussia'' fom APH/Hetalia. I haven't really seen many episodes and don't really know this character, so I relied on some google references. :'DD I hope it's somewhat correct.. orz..
I wonder if I still portrayed anime style.. xD My vision is so damaged now, that I barely can tell what looks like what. :I o.o
