A 3d version of this piece: theartillerysharks.deviantart.…I think it turned out pretty well. Not sure how I feel about those foreground trees, though. Might need to spend more time texturing things in the future.
EDIT: I accidentally rendered the original image in orthographic view. I was wondering why his head looked a little off. Anyway, I've replaced with the image with a render done in perspective.
