sorry didnt reply sooner D:
this is very basic for someone to use these days but you could always check out wordpress

to do this yes and no.
easy way would to be to sign up to a cheap web host and upload files there usually $2 - $4 USD a month

Oh, great! That's what I wanted
Thanks for sharing. I had no idea what to do after making a layout in Photoshop. The coding itself doesn't look so scary.

least it gives you the concept if you wish to continue on with coding
CSS, Div's and Classes are your friend

This tutorial is very helpful, so I don't have to constantly re-code my website, but I have having problems with the images. For some reason, they are spacing them apart. I followed your tutorial to a T but I am kind of confused with this spacing stuff. Could you help?
Thank you in advance!

It is fabulous!
Thank you so much!
I finally got to know how to use the slice tool through your tutorial. Thanks a lot.
I have a question, when I opened the .html file.. The images didn't show up :/ and so the URLs I typed didn't open.. I put a URL of "www.google.com" for example, and it said it was not found.
I'm sorry I'm a beginner to this. - very beginner :S

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

theartofsin In reply to SarahSoos [2011-08-25 00:52:40 +0000 UTC]

were you trying to upload the images to a website and use the links in your .html files?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SarahSoos In reply to theartofsin [2011-08-25 14:14:23 +0000 UTC]

Nope! I saved the .html file in a different folder XD My fault sorry! and OMG Thank you for replying!
I still can't solve the problem of URL, when I type the URL "Www.google.com" and I try the page, it says the page is not found :/

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

theartofsin In reply to SarahSoos [2011-08-29 02:00:02 +0000 UTC]

did you create a link in ur html file and wish to be able to click it and take you to google?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SarahSoos In reply to theartofsin [2011-08-29 02:16:56 +0000 UTC]

Well, While slicing.. editing slice options.. I typed in the URL "www.google.com" but when I click it, it says it wasn't found as searching on the PC for the html file not searching the web for it..
Excuse me I know it's so much newbie ;S I'm sorry for that~ But I find the topic interesting xD

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

theartofsin In reply to SarahSoos [2011-09-03 05:38:19 +0000 UTC]

try putting http:// at the start of google.com
[link]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SarahSoos In reply to theartofsin [2011-09-07 15:51:29 +0000 UTC]

Thank you!
It's not working!
It looks for the URL in the PC not the server!
I saved the "google.com" webpage to a folder in the PC and typed it's link in the URL and it worked! It opened the webpage! whatever I type in the search engine and press "search" it doesn't work!
do I have to change settings somewhere?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

theartofsin In reply to SarahSoos [2011-09-09 08:53:04 +0000 UTC]

i'm just a lil confused lol.
is the google.com webpage a copy of google.com website you saved?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

SarahSoos In reply to theartofsin [2011-09-09 23:04:59 +0000 UTC]

I'm sorry for making you confused.
Well, the whole problem is that it doesn't look for the URL in the web! It looks for it in the folder where I saved my website-made-by-photoshop.
and thank you
