I've been shipping these 2 psychopaths since the Flash and Supergirl TV shows came out and made them both the same basic character, the friend of the opposite sex who tragically falls to villiany. funny enough both Caitlin Snow and Winn became extremely popular among the the targeted fanbase (like more popular than the heroes love interest) that KILLER Frost has been nerfed into antiheroine form and I dout Winn will take up his Dads title. anyway here's the two inspired by their look from Justice League Unlimited
