In the comics they showed that Batman and the Punisher used their bright logos to draw the enemies gun fire to those spots and Batman uses his cape to confuse the enemy and make them unsure where he is. That established this suit makes complete sense. The bright red vets drawing their gun fire and the bright yellow drawing their gun fire while confusing them of where he is. Very nicely designed. Love it a lot.

Nice redesign, way better than the reboot redesign, it actually look badass.
in history of DC poor Robin always get the most unprotected outfit with minimal equipments for some unknown reasons.
