Batman has been overused in Death Battle but I would be okay with his return IF its for the following 2 reasons. One is Superman vs. Batman OR an episode centered only around How it Should Have Ended Batman.HISHE Batman is like Batman in everyway but more powerful as he can shrink himself like Ant-Man, survive a life ending meteor collision, use magic, and held his own single handedly dealing with a pub filled with iconic villains like Voldemort, Loki, and Bowser.
He does have a weakness for coffee, the ladies, and can't stop himself from telling everyone he's Batman or his secret identity to said ladies.
Who else do you think he should fight besides the obvious HISHE Superman fight.
Batman is owned by DC Comics
THIS version of him though is owned by How it Should Have Ended
Death Battle is owned by DEATH BATTLE!
