Frosslass is a pretty COOL pokemon! haha, get it? cool????This Frosslass is a gift to my good friend Mikiomi. She loves Frosslass, and after spending hours slaving away to this picture, I must say that I am very proud of it. In fact, I'm so proud I added my signature.
This picture really was difficult, the frosslass it'self wasn't the tricky part, the part that really caused me trouble were the crystals. Mikiomi, I really hope you like it.
Done on ms paint and gimp.
It's not perfect, but I tried my best.

You have nice colors. You might want to experiment with shadows, or adding little light reflections on the crystals
