Prismacolor markers are the schiznit. I don't have to worry as much about my marker strokes blatantly showing and making everything look messy. I'm about dead from the fumes now though DX

Another one of my OC's that plays a part in Cyrus and Bane's story; Cyrus' sister (yes, SISTER. You have no idea how hard it is to make dragons look female in my style DX ), Nocta. I've been drawing her for a while but... I haven't submitted any pics of her until now because no matter what way I drew her I wasn't happy with her character design. I'm STILL not quite happy with it overall, but I like how the pic itself came out. And it's about time I introduced her >_>;

About the stance-- In my little fantasy world at least, (I guess we'll just call it that) dragons start out as being bipedal, as they're born with rather short front legs. As they get older and their legs develop, they start to become quadripedal. Nocta is literally a dragon teenager, meaning she's stuck somewhere between the bipedal stage of childhood and quadripedal stage of adulthood; thus the hunched over posture.

Other info: Sister of Cyrus; currently in the assasination business with Xun. Nocta is an extremely quick witted but greedy dragon (She's probably assasinate her own brother if you hired her to; as long as you keep in mind, killing family members is going to cost you a lot extra.) She's also extremely dominating and quick to anger, meaning it's either her way or... you're dead. Which is why Xun does basically whatever she tells him to do. An excellent strategist, she's cold, calculating, and merciless in her plans. In regards to her physical abilities, because of the age she's at (see note above char. desc.), her flight capabilities aren't really fully developed yet, and therefore she cannot remain in the air for very long.
Don't let stance fool you though, her speed is terrifying, as is the power of her bite. However her greatest ability lies in her fire breathing, which she can sustain for an incredibly long time at an almost horrifying intensity/heat. In addition, she has excellent control over the precisness of the sizes of these heat blasts and has a range of about 50m (way above average.) It is not known what the marks on her neck mean, or why she even has them; all that is known is that they've been known to glow anytime she breaths fire.
