Howdy.Wanted to post a copy of the illustration that Lotus and I did for the TFTA #30 cover (available right now through MTJ publishing with 28 pieces of amazing artwork and 8 outstanding stories).
For those of you that aren't familiar...TFTA (Tales From The Asylum) has always focused on horror/sci-fi erotica. So Lotus and I thought we'd do something different for this pick and tap into our darker side. So we made it about as freaky as we could...and were kinda surprised with the result.
We also wanted it to be a throwback to some of the great damsel in distress pin up work, and some of the previous TFTA cover artists like FTKL, BAC, or Mandell.
Please let us know what you think of it.
And I apologize in advance for any deep psychological scaring we might have caused.

If memory serves, that's the experience i had 8 days ago when i first read it.Β Β So i read itΒ again just now without the second window.Β And....my throbbing bone indicates i still love the story.Β And i went back and looked at the image, and i realized that the story takes me Inside the patient and outside of her tooΒ but still Inside that room and right there at the point of tickle contact on the surface of the skin of her underarms and zoom back Inside her mind.Β I've just this minute noticed for the first time the dental surgeon's gloved fingers very close in the foreground, holding a tool that does not go into the patient's mouth.Β So much hereΒ for lees and lers to think about."

Here's my comment on This post: Β With her fear of dental surgery blocked by the N2Ox (Nitrous Oxide eXtended effect), i love the erotic panic in her headspace as she experiences devastating underarm tickling!

Excellent in every way--I love the gas-masked nurses and the medically restrained beauty. Sometime if you are using nitrous on a victim, try giving her a nasal mask with corrugated hoses leading to a big nitrous/oxygen setup? That might be cool, and she can still be open-mouthed laughing while being tickled.

This is a real great drawing. Love the nurses and their instruments of tickle-torture. The damsel in distress has a classically gorgeous look to her. Awesome restraint chair too.
