Description
Earth and the surrounding galaxy have reached complete peace and immortality, leaving the Four Horsemen adrift out of no fault of their own. To combat this, the Horsemen have peeled back the layers of the multiverse and collected the most cunning, violent, and stab-happy beings they could find with a host of skills and unique abilities each. These "Slayers" will take part in battle, each Splatter Royal getting bloodier than the last. It doesn't matter if you're Human or Monster, of this World or Not, the Horsemen place these killers in a fractured world built from the nightmares of humanity for one goal - create enough carnage to earn the right to challenge the Horsemen themselves for your own piece of existence.
Alias: Baby Blue - Cruelty-Ridden Cherub

Backstory: If there is an Anti-Santa, Krampus, to punish the naughty while the red man rewarded to good, why not an Anti-Cupid. Forgotten in history in hopes that a lack of belief would diminish its power, "Baby Blue" is an undead revenant that punishes those who besmirch love and affection on Valentines Day. Whether it's cheating couples, using love as a tool to exploit or abuse, or the generally bad idea that is breaking up with someone on the day of love, his arrows will find its way into their soon-to-be-bleeding hearts. Baby Blue has no known origin, though one tale states that they were once one of the many Greek mortals who had fallen in love with a God. But when that God, like most Greek Gods, refused to remain faithful, Baby Blue stole the arrow of Eros to force their way.

Unbeknownst to the mortal, Eros had placed a curse on the bow to punish those who'd use it without permission of the God itself, creating hate in the hearts of anyone hit by its arrows. Abandoned by all the gods, and persisting beyond the mortal coil through sheer hatred, Baby Blue would continue to haunt celebrations of love - using his arrows of hatred to increase infidelity in the human populace to give himself an unending supply of victims.
Signature Weapon: Golden Bow - An indestructible Bow with a golden string as sharp as razor wire, effective as both a ranged weapon and blunt tool.

Noteworthy Abilities: Expert Archer with the ability to manipulate the emotions of those who are struck by his chemically enhanced arrows. Incredibly sturdy in undeath and surprisingly light.

Loath Bug: Hatred spreads, if you land a Hit Roll >3 all opponents on the field, including minions, are dealt 15 HP damage.

Cherub's Flight: Requires you to not have used a movement roll in the round you use this move. You can move down any number of spaces diagonally, but you will keep going until you hit a wall, trap, or opponent. Requires a Speed: >125.

Anti-Love Potion: Requires opponent to have Wits: <120 and Willpower: <110. For three rounds you opponent cannot use a non-HP decreasing move, no longer thinking about anything but hurting you. Will be disabled for 2 turns before it can be used again.
